The complete PRISMATIC^® package is available for a flat fee of $10,000 per business unit. For $1,500, you can receive the Scorecard version, consisting of the graphical summary of your risk profile and the detail of your responses to the questions (your representations).

You complete the survey using a diskette that will be sent to you along with explanatory material. After you have completed the survey and returned the diskette to us, you will receive your PRISMATIC^® Risk Assessment report, either by e-mail or overnight delivery, within two business days.

In addition, we offer an ongoing subscription service targeted to your responses that includes updates of new laws and regulations, recently arising technology risks and other relevant issues.
