Risk Assessment Reports
PRISMATIC ^® addresses three major risk areas - legal, technological and managerial. Your comprehensive
PRISMATIC ^® report acts as a base for future assessments, allows you to track risk management progress
and identify new risks as they arise.

PRISMATIC ^® produces customized reports that feature:
• An executive summary of your organization’s risk profile
• Summary assessments for each area surveyed
• Detailed recommendations for addressing areas of exposure
• Graphic summaries of risk level indices in each area

There are four levels of PRISMATIC^® reports and services:
1. Scorecard: a playback compilation of responses to the questionnaire, along with summary graphs. There is no charge for this report.

2. Benchmark: Scorecard, with the addition of comparisons to best practice protocols in the technological area, and to prudent practices in the legal areas. There is a charge for this report.

3. Analysis and Recommendations: This is the full PRISMATIC ^® report with analysis of responses and
recommendations for remedial action. There also is a charge for this report.

4. Strategic Support: This is the full PRISMATIC ^® report plus additional services customized to the client’s
requirements.

PRISMATIC ^® helps senior management identify immediate priorities for remediation through detailed recommendations. Under certain conditions, PRISMATIC ^® and related communications could be treated as privileged material.

Insurance Coverage Analysis
On request, we will compare the risk profile of the client, as reflected in one or more of the reports, with the client’s existing insurance coverage, including general liability, business interruption, intellectual property infringement,
advertising injury, directors and officers coverage, errors and omissions coverage and like business coverages.
This analysis will assist the client, and its insurance broker, in making an informed risk management decision about whether to go to the marketplace for additional insurance or clarification of existing coverage.

Follow-up Services
We offer our clients periodic and updated risk reassessments that incorporate new developments in law and
technology and compare current responses to prior responses. For brokers, intermediaries and underwriters,
we provide updated risk assessments that can be used with their client base as part of a review of coverages.

Continuation Services
We provide an ongoing subscription service that notifies organizations (or their insurers) of major changes in risk areas determined to be relevant to their area of interest, as well as new potential exposures that may have arisen since the last assessment.

Legal Services
Duane Morris offers legal services across the broad spectrum of potential risk vulnerabilities, including insurance coverage, intellectual property, privacy, unfair competition, contractual and litigation.
